Sometimes it matters to pause, listen to yourself, and talk about what is hard to carry inside.
In our sessions, we can explore your feelings, relationships, inner conflicts, and the questions you bring with you. This is a place where you can talk about difficult things, ask questions, and gradually find your own answers.
You decide what to share and how deeply to explore any topic. You can tell me that you are not ready to talk about something yet, decline an exercise I suggest, or discuss with me anything that makes you uncomfortable.
My approach is grounded in a Christian worldview, biblical principles, and Christian spiritual practices, which can be combined with psychological counseling approaches. We agree on specific practices together, and taking part in them is voluntary.
Sessions take place online via Zoom or another platform we agree on. An individual session lasts 75 minutes. You choose the first date when booking; we arrange further sessions individually.
For our conversation, please try to choose a quiet place where you can be on your own and speak freely.
I treat the information you share with me with care. What we discuss in sessions is kept confidential, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
I do not make audio or video recordings of our sessions. To prepare for and continue our work, I may keep confidential written notes.
You can find more about how data is processed in the Privacy Policy. Consent to the processing of sensitive information is requested separately, including before the introductory meeting.
Psychological counseling is a joint process in which trust, openness to the extent that feels comfortable for you, and willingness to explore your experience all matter. Each person has their own path and their own pace of change.
My role is to accompany you attentively and professionally, creating conditions for you to understand yourself better and make your own decisions. I am responsible for the quality of my work, but I cannot promise a particular outcome or changes within a set time frame.
Counseling is not medical treatment and does not replace care from a doctor or emergency services. I do not prescribe medication or change any treatment you have been prescribed.
If you have any questions, please write to me: info@inga.life.
The free introductory meeting is a chance to get to know each other, clarify what you would like to work on, and see whether this format suits you. It does not commit you to continuing.
You can start with a single session or choose a package. We decide together how often to meet, taking into account your request and circumstances.
